Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of russmatthewsshow.com, including The Canadian Account Stack course and The Full Stack membership (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Russ Matthews ("I", "me", "my"). By purchasing or accessing the Service, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Canada to purchase. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Course Purchase
The Canadian Account Stack is a one-time purchase granting you lifetime access to the course content as it exists at time of purchase, plus any future updates I make to it. Access is tied to the Google account associated with the email address used at checkout.
4. Membership (The Full Stack)
The Full Stack is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually in Canadian dollars. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
5. Refund Policy
Course purchases are non-refundable after access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, contact me at russell@askrussell.ca and I'll make it right. Subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, written materials, and resources are my intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, share login credentials, or resell any part of the Service. Personal, non-commercial use only.
7. Disclaimer
The content in this course and membership is for educational purposes only. Nothing here constitutes personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. I am not a licensed financial advisor. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. My total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
